SUMMARY
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting HR Manager by leading recruitment activities, coordinating performance management processes, and managing employee training and development programs. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent while ensuring HR practices align with company policies and business objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for
other positions in the department.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is
largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift
files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stepstool as necessary.
TRAVEL
10-25% travel required in own insured vehicle to attend job fairs, and external recruiting events,
networking or outreach.
PAY RANGE
$72,000-$78,000
