Job Summary
Serve as a key consultant to the business leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. Responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance workforce performance, foster a positive company culture, and support the long-term strategic goals of the company. Establish and maintain solid working relationships with all levels of management and work with leadership to strategically and proactively analyze, monitor, and address HR efforts related to improving the work environment of the customers

5+ years of Human Resource consulting/advising experience required.

Schedule and Work Model:
Full time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
Hybrid work model: Approximately 2 days per week on-site at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA and approximately 3 days per week remote, with flexibility to be on-site more regularly as needed.
On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams Video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment.
