Job Summary:
The HR Analyst supports the development, design, and delivery of HR solutions while providing specialized analysis and reporting to improve business decisions and HR processes. This role also functions as a Case Manager within Global Mobility Relocation Services, delivering high-quality relocation support and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end relocation case service delivery, including coordination with movers and service providers
Provide relocation advisory, support, and education to HR and business stakeholders
Serve as primary contact for relocating employees, guiding them through the relocation lifecycle
Manage relocation inquiries, cost estimates, and offer letter guidance
Maintain and update relocation files and documentation
Coordinate with Travel & Expense teams and external partners
Audit vendor invoices and approve payments
Manage relocation allowances and ensure timely payments
Prepare CRA letters and manage exception requests
Conduct immigration strategy assessments and manage visa/work permit processes
Track expiries and coordinate renewals for immigration cases
Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure effective communication
Support process improvements, HR initiatives, and policy development
Required Experience:
2–4 years of experience in HR or global mobility
Experience managing relocation or mobility programs
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with invoicing and financial tracking
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams)
