ScheduleMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Consistent daytime hours
- Weekends off
What You’ll Do- Support Payroll & HR teams (great growth opportunity!)
- Assist with invoicing and employee records
- Handle benefits follow-ups and HR documentation
- Run employee text/email communications
- Provide front desk support & keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Office, HR, or payroll experience is a plus
