HR Associate

Adecco is assisting a client in St. Albans, VT with hiring an HR Associate for a 6-month assignment with the potential to extend. This is a fully onsite position requiring you to work onsite during scheduled hours. The pay rate starts at $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and audit employee personnel records and HR files

• Process new hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations

• Support onboarding and new hire orientation

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

• Review timekeeping records for accuracy

• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials

• Assist with payroll-related processes

• Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred

• Experience with Workday, Kronos, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
