Description
The Human Resources Business Partner – Cabin Servers will collaborate closely with the Owner Experience team to align HR strategies with business objectives, provide data-driven insights, and drive initiatives that support a high-performance global culture. This position requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives collaboration on the development of HR activities, policies, processes, strategy and annual HR strategy between human resources team and Cabin Server leadership team.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; this includes coaching, counseling, and career development for Cabin Servers.
Support change management efforts by guiding leaders through organizational transitions and restructuring. Fosters understanding, advances ideas, inspires trust, and discusses challenges that may arise with growth.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, EDA, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver cohesive HR programs
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Partner with Director, Human Resources with employee relations cases, investigations, and any grievance/disciplinary events.
Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Ensure HR policies and procedures align with employment laws and reflect best practices in all areas that Flexjet operates. Develops and prepares metrics and analyzes trends in partnership with the HR group to help develop solutions, programs and policies. In using this workforce data and analytics, identify trends and recommend solutions for talent development, retention, and engagement

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline; 5-7 years’ experience in an HR related field; a combination of education and experience
Knowledge of benefits, HR laws and international regulations
Deep understanding of Cabin Server role, expectations, requirements, and opportunities
Experience with HRIS systems
Able to independently use various technology platforms from MS Office products (including SharePoint) to Canva and Claude.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and performance management.

Strong customer service skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets, and work within critical milestones.
Results oriented and able to effectively gain extensive knowledge of customer business environment.
Strong personal and work ethics along with a high level of integrity.
