Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Reports to: VP, Human Resources & Administration

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Senior Human Resources Business Partner who is passionate about attracting top talent, building engaging workplace cultures, and developing employees to reach their full potential. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and business growth.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, champion employee engagement initiatives, support leadership development, and help create a high-performing culture where employees can succeed.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, leadership, and frontline positions.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, offers, onboarding, and recruitment metrics.

  • Optimize and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes and reporting.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive employee engagement programs that strengthen retention, morale, and workplace culture.

  • Partner with leadership to foster positive employee relations and high-performing teams.

  • Conduct employee surveys and translate feedback into actionable initiatives.

  • Support change management and organizational development efforts.

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and support training, leadership development, and onboarding programs.

  • Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities for employees and managers.

  • Assist in creating programs that support career growth and succession planning.

HR Business Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units.

  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.

  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to support business decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures.

  • Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies.

  • Experience with ATS platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft Office - Paycom Experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
