HR Communication & Outreach Specialist

Position Summary

RiVidium Inc. Is seeking a HR Communication & Outreach Specialist who will develop and execute HR marketing, communications, and recruitment outreach strategies designed to attract qualified talent to NNSA. The position supports the NNSA Careers website, digital recruitment campaigns, social media, marketing materials, and recruitment branding while ensuring compliance with federal accessibility and branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HR marketing and recruitment communication strategies.
• Create recruitment campaigns and digital media content.
• Manage website content, layout, and updates in coordination with NNSA Public Affairs.
• Develop social media recruitment campaigns.
• Produce recruitment marketing collateral and communications materials.
• Track campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Apply Section 508 accessibility requirements to digital content.
• Ensure compliance with DOE/NNSA branding policies.
• Coordinate content calendars and campaign deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in strategic communications, digital marketing, or recruitment branding.
• At least 3 years developing recruitment marketing campaigns and digital media content in a federal or regulated environment.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and social media management tools.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field.

Preferred

• Section 508 Accessibility Certification.
• Digital Marketing Professional Certification.
