HR Consultant (Onsite W2)

• The HR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team in
• leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance
• management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and
• employee relations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West
• Chester and Fairfield, OH

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Drives implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and
• operational objectives.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and
• project milestones within established timeframes.
• Drives adoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants.

TALENT BUILDER

• Champion SE's talent management philosophy and strategy
• Build an agile and diverse team able to lead and support business growth while
• being future-focused and developing their own succession pipeline.

BUSINESS ADVISOR

• Coach the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters
• Adapt and anticipate manpower planning upon business needs
• Support organizational design to respond to changing business needs
• Contribute to design and organization development initiatives (skills, resources,
• processes) aligned with business and company strategies

CULTURE AND CHANGE ENABLER

• Ensure deployment of SE People Strategy transformations; Leadership, Talent,

• Support People engagement and entity transformation

Pay: Needs to align to hourly rate of 70K as this has a high potential of conversion and salary would be 70K
