Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9s, and system setup
Maintain employee records and update HRIS with accurate data (hires, terminations, changes)
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidates
Assist with payroll processing, reporting, and compliance tracking
Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and HR projects
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of HR or administrative experience
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or similar) preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: 3-4 month contract assignment
Compensation: $28-31/hr.
