LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an HR Coordinator in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, I-9s, and system setup

  • Maintain employee records and update HRIS with accurate data (hires, terminations, changes)

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll

  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidates

  • Assist with payroll processing, reporting, and compliance tracking

  • Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, and HR projects

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of HR or administrative experience

  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, or similar) preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

  • Employment Type: 3-4 month contract assignment

  • Compensation: $28-31/hr.

  • Location: Dallas, TX 75202
