NOW HIRING: HR Coordinator / Office Manager

The Clevelander | South Beach, Miami Beach, FL | Full-time

The Role

We are growing our HR team to support three Miami Beach properties: the Clevelander, Essex House, and the new Hilton Miami Beach, opening December 2026. Based at the Clevelander, our HR Coordinator / Office Manager keeps the HR office running. You handle the onboarding paperwork, records, payroll prep, and training tracking that let the rest of the team focus on hiring and people. You will be cross-trained to back up recruiting and onboarding across all three properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new-hire paperwork and prepare I-9s, then enter and verify data in our HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, and a new system for the Hilton).
• Keep employee files accurate, complete, and audit-ready, including scanning, uploads, and system access requests.
• Support payroll by reviewing timesheets, missed punches, and overtime, and flagging issues before payroll closes.
• Track required training and acknowledgments, including food handler, alcohol, and human trafficking training, and send reminders.
• Run daily HR office operations: supplies, parking passes, HR boards, birthday and anniversary cards, and team member inquiries.
• Support special projects, including the Hilton pre-opening onboarding push.
• Cross-train to cover recruiting and onboarding when the team is out or busy.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years in HR, administration, or hospitality office work (HR coordinator experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; HRIS experience (ADP or Paycom) a plus
• Clear communication and the ability to handle a high volume of requests
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule & Location

Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site at the Clevelander. Occasional travel between properties and flexibility during the Hilton opening.
