HR Coordinator - Scottsdale, AZ

$23-$25/hour | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are a third-party recruiting firm partnering with a well-established organization in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on human resources and administrative experience who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and keeping HR processes organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruiting, interview coordination, and hiring activities as needed
• Assist with employee questions and general HR requests
• Track paperwork and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date
• Support additional HR projects and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar human resources experience preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $23-$25/hour
