HR Data & Operations Representative
The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Data & Operations Representative II to support a fast-paced HR Operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong systems experience who thrives in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR transactions, and ensuring compliance across multiple HR systems.

The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Data & Operations Representative II to support a fast-paced HR Operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong systems experience who thrives in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR transactions, and ensuring compliance across multiple HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data transactions including:
- New hires and terminations
- Job and employee data changes
- Leaves of absence and related updates
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of HR data across systems
- Conduct data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Support compliance with internal HR policies and regulatory requirements
- Generate reports and support HR analytics and business reporting needs
- Collaborate with HR partners to resolve data issues and improve processes
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and support resolution efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, systems, and procedures
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related HR data role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with KPIs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, BrassRing, or ServiceNow
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
