We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Team Manager to oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, compensation systems, and compliance with labor laws. This role involves managing overall HR operations, ensuring legal adherence, and leading the team in supporting employee relations, while also driving the companys HR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of employment laws, and experience in HR system management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of HR policies and compensation systems in alignment with company objectives.
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company standards.
Develop and execute programs to foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support staff development.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations; ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant legal standards.
Collaborate with legal counsel or external agencies for employment law advice and risk management.
Develop and refine onboarding, employee evaluation, promotion, and reward processes.
Review and update internal regulations, contractual documents, and audit-related documentation.
Lead HR reporting, audits, and legal documentation preparations.
Manage the administrative aspects of HR operations, including payments and contracts.
Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering their professional development.
Perform other related duties to support the HR and administrative functions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related fields.
At least 7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR system planning, compensation structure design, and labor law expertise.
Profound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
Experience in developing HR policies, handling complex employee relations, and leading HR operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Legally certified or specialized training in employment law is preferred.
Salary : $80K+ Yearly

Work Hours : 09:00am 06:00pm
