TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Benefits Administrator for a well-known supply chain company in Duluth! The Benefits Admin is responsible for the day-to-day administration activities as well as employee questions.
2 month contract to potential hire role for special project!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer benefits program by serving as the primary contact to members.
Work with Third Party Vendors with setting up Healthcare requests.
Prepares Health Plan Confirmation form and forwards to owner or (HR Administrator) for their approval.
Assist with resolving benefit issues for members and their employees.
Provide support via phone and e-mail.
Maintain Health Plan enrollment documents.
Work with Finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies between the Third-Party Vendors.
Coordinate open enrollments activities.
Assist with developing benefits communication (i.e., employee benefits updates, presentation, and related reports).
Assist with members orientation, prepare all member and employee Orientation packets.
Prepare monthly reports showing the number of owners, pcs, employees, and dependents participating in healthcare plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
Experience with ADP preferred.
2-3 years experience with Benefits Administration.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
