HR Generalist

Kforces client, a well-established private nonprofit college, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support faculty, staff, and student employees across the institution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an impact through strong HR operations and employee support. The client offers salary and great benefits discounts. This position will be on-site in the Boston, MA area.

As a key member of the HR team, youll support day-to-day human resources functions including:

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding for faculty, staff, and student employees.
• Coordinating new hire processes, employment documentation, and orientation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and processing personnel changes in the HRIS.
• Partnering with payroll to ensure timely and accurate pay processing.
• Serving as a trusted resource for HR policies, procedures, and general employee questions.
• Assisting with benefits enrollment, leave administration, and compliance activities.
• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
