In this newly created role, the HR Specialist will support the HR Manager in administering and supporting employee benefits programs, human resources policies and procedures, and government compliance, and also support the Finance department with payroll to provide exceptional services to employees and to ensure that the organization continues to recruit and retain talented, diverse employees. Candidates should be self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong desire to learn more and grow within the Human Resources field, be able to focus with a strong attention to detail, to multi-task, have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable speaking to and working in front of groups, and demonstrate the ability to act confidentially, ethically, and with discretion.
