IDR is seeking a HR Generalist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA . In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team while helping execute employee lifecycle activities and core HR processes. This is an exciting chance to contribute within a fast-paced, industry-leading organization while partnering cross-functionally to keep HR initiatives running smoothly.
Position Overview for the HR Generalist:
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and HR Business Partners across day-to-day HR activities.
Support employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and data integrity through audits and reporting support.
Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to support and improve HR processes.
Requirements for the HR Generalist :
3 + years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role
Experience working with Workday creating Workday tickets
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data and documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
