We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced, growing organization with multi-site operations. This role will partner closely with leadership and teammates across the business to support day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, training coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, background checks, I-9s, E-Verify, HRIS entry, and compliance documentation
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and progressive discipline
  • Support performance review processes, goal setting, and teammate development initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
  • Assist with HR reporting, HRIS management, and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership teams
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Assist with training and leadership development coordination
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance
  • Experience with onboarding, investigations, and performance management
  • HRIS experience required; UKG experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • SHRM certification is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Preferred Background Experience supporting multi-site or field-based operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
