Our mission is to create a warm, authentic, and memorable experience for every guest.We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This position will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll support, and other HR functions across our growing organization.What You'll DoManage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managersCoordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboardingMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationAssist with new hire onboarding, employment eligibility verification, and required paperworkSupport employee relations and assist managers with performance issues, attendance concerns, disciplinary actions, and workplace policiesMaintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook materialsAssist with payroll-related tasks, including timecard review, attendance tracking, and resolving payroll discrepanciesMonitor employee benefits, PTO, sick leave, and other employee programsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesPrepare HR reports, documentation, and correspondence as neededMaintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR mattersSupport workplace investigations and documentation when necessaryAssist with employee separations, including exit documentation and final payroll coordinationPartner with department managers to address staffing and employee-related needsPerform other HR duties and projects as assignedWork Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 6:30 pmPay & Compensation: $27+ per hour, depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits:We offer competitive employee benefits including paid sick leave (1 hour per 40 hours worked), partial employer-covered medical insurance (75% for full-time employees), and paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year of employment and 2 weeks after 2 years.Required QualificationsFluent spoken Ukrainian and English - REQUIREDMinimum 2 years of professional HR experienceStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and employment documentationWorking knowledge of federal and Washington State employment laws and HR compliance requirementsExperience handling confidential and sensitive employee informationStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR/payroll systemsAbility to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityHR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plusIf you are an experienced HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and managers and wants to be part of a growing Ukrainian-American business, we would love to hear from you!Please apply only if you meet the required Ukrainian and English language requirements and have at least 2 years of HR experience.
