HR Generalist II

The Coos County Human Resources Department is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist II to join our two-person HR team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires at least three years of progressively responsible professional human resources experience, preferably including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, leave administration, and employment law compliance. Public sector human resources experience is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education is preferred, or any satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

A current SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent nationally recognized human resources certification is required.
