What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  
• Assist with payroll implementation and transition from ADP to UKG
• 
  
• Manage attendance tracking and support supervisors with daily attendance reporting
• 
  
• Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation
• 
  
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
• 
  
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• 
  
• Create and manage reports using Excel and HR systems
• 
  
• Utilize AI tools, including Claude, to support HR processes and efficiencies
• 
  

What We're Looking For:

• 
  
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred
• 
  
• Open to candidates with accounting or payroll backgrounds who enjoy working with people
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new systems
• 
  
• Experience working in an HRIS or payroll system
