HR Generalist

Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team right here in MKE! In this role, YOU won't just process paperwork—YOU will take full ownership of total rewards, benefits strategy, and payroll execution across all six of their divisions nationwide.

What YOU'LL Do:

• Own Total Rewards: Lead their annual health insurance open enrollment, manage multi-million dollar benefit budgets, and build out their automated HRIS platform.
• Drive Employee Culture: Create creative "Total Rewards Statements" to showcase employee value, lead new hire orientations, and steer their local Milwaukee Social Events & Charitable Committees.
• Master Compliance & Payroll: Process bi-weekly salaried payroll (including international/German payroll coordination) and manage FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and Workers' Compensation cases.
