This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related topeopleinitiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership. TheAvonsite employs approximately240employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that producesCool Whip andLunchables and supports the Maintenance,Operations, and Materials leaders onsite.
This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours.

Minimum Requirements:
2+ Years of Experience withinHRsupportinghourly employees within a manufacturing environment(preferably a union site)
Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiencyinworkplace technology and systems (eg.Workday,MSOffice Suite,etc)
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others.
Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,abilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$68,900.00 - $86,100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
