HR Generalist / Payroll

This full-time, on-site role supports daily HR on special projects but mainly handles payroll. The HR Payroll team member is responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The position also partners closely with finance and leadership to support accurate reporting and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR projects, including  weekly payroll processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters.
• Report HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
