Interviews are happening now, so apply today.ResponsibilitiesManage and post job openings across multiple recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates.Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.Conduct employee relations fact‑finding conversations and gather relevant information regarding workplace concerns.Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assisting with conflict resolution.Coordinate and facilitate weekly new‑hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Support onboarding initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and daily human resources operations.Job RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, management experience strongly preferred.Strong problem‑solving, reporting, and analytical skills.Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, to present information and influence Leadership.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: up to $75,000 per year based on experience.
