Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable to support all of the Allies!What You'll DoEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers; proactively identify concerns and resolve issues before they escalateConduct prompt, thorough, and well-documented investigations into employee concerns, policy violations, and workplace conflicts - maintaining strict confidentiality throughoutAdvise supervisors on PIPs, disciplinary actions, and terminations; draft clear, consistent documentation and coach operational leaders through difficult conversationsEmployment Life Cycle & ComplianceLead new hire onboarding end-to-end, ensuring a welcoming, compliant experience with all pre-employment requirements cleared before day oneProcess lifecycle changes - promotions, transfers, status changes, and terminations - accurately in the HRIS; own the integrity of employee files and keep records audit-readyEnsure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states; support audits and maintain up-to-date HR training materials and process documentationOperations PartnershipTrack performance documentation and hold managers accountable for timely completionIdentify process gaps, bring forward practical recommendations, and help implement improvements across a distributed workforceSupport rollout and adoption of new HR programs, policies, and initiatives What You Bring3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including hands-on work in recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance managementMulti-state HR experience required; background in facilities, logistics, or field operations is a strong plusProficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms - Paylocity experience preferredComfortable with Google Workspace and electronic signature toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate training and navigate difficult conversationsBilingual in Spanish strongly preferredSHRM-CP or PHR certification highly preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferredWhy Join UsWe run on a set of values we call "FIGHENS" -Family, Integrity, Grit, Humility, Exceeds Customer Expectations, No Jerks, and Safety.
