HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist

• Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations, policy guidance, union partnerships, and support for labor initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, accountability, and leadership best practices.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
• Administer core HR processes including attendance, leave management, compliance, timekeeping oversight, and payroll coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, workforce planning, and talent acquisition efforts.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week.
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience.
• Experience supporting unionized workforces.
• Exposure to labor relations or collective bargaining environments.
• Ability to work independently in a standalone HR role.
• Strong organizational skills and execution capability.
• Confidence operating as the sole HR leader on-site.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with employees, managers, and union stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on, visible approach to supporting operations.

• Base Salary: $85K - $100K
• Bonus: 5% annual opportunity
