The HR Generalist does this by planning and administering policies related to all phases of human resources activity while performing duties personally or partnering with supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR leadership to support performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition initiatives while providing first-line HR support to the business in areas including benefits, leaves, payroll, and employee relations.Promote employee engagement and goal alignment.Manage employee relations functions including counseling, coaching, corrective action administration, and conducting thorough investigations with appropriate documentation and feedback to all parties.Administer HR programs and policies including drug testing, benefits inquiries, leave administration, and payroll support while responding to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Develop and maintain department goals, objectives, and systems while evaluating performance against established benchmarks, recommending process improvements, and implementing new approaches to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Create and maintain internal communications and employee engagement programs to build and strengthen relationships across the organization while establishing clear HR guidelines and best practices.Min.
