Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Qualifications:- Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity.
- Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
- Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration.
- Advanced Reporting Writer skills.
- Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure.
- Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system.
