Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience
• Knowledge of general principles and practices of HR management
• Proficient in analyzing data and creating/extracting reports
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Able to work autonomously
• Able to conduct complex research
• Able to plan, organize, administer, prioritize, monitor, and evaluate workflow
• Highly flexible in an evolving, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment
• Able to handle multi-tasking and comprehend complex processes
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, database management, LMS systems)

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis related to Human Resources Talent Management Strategy
• Manage LMS system and troubleshoot for client group
• Support HR Senior Leaders and internal business partners with data analysis and report creation
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information
• Support HR team in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and practices
• Develop reporting formats, collect and interpret data, identify and analyze trends, and troubleshoot data/reports
• Manage LMS, resolve admin issues, and train site HR Analysts
• Create and analyze talent, compliance, staffing, and training reports
• Create and standardize scorecards, metrics, dashboards, templates, and ad hoc reports
• Drive key HR initiatives both company-wide and regionally specific
• Work with internal departments and external vendors on data reporting needs
• Primary contact for reports for VP level and direct reports
• Assist with other duties and special projects as required
• WebEx Hosting user set-up and management
