HR Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager with at least 6 years of experience working in a similar role. This is Direct Hire opportunity, located in Bellport, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.

• Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance to managers on performance concerns, corrective action, conflict resolution, and other employee issues.

• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding of new employees.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions, enrollment, and changes.

• Oversee leave of absence programs, including Workers' Compensation, FMLA, PFL, and other applicable leaves, from initial intake through return-to-work.

• Support performance management processes, including employee reviews, coaching, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Partner with management to ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and appropriately across the organization.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees receive a professional and organized experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs, and employee communications.

• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, morale initiatives, and company events.

• Handle sensitive employee information and workplace matters with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of Human Resources experience

• Bilingual Spanish required

Salary: $80,000-95,000/yr

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
