HR Manager

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing key human resources initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance. This role will provide guidance across a wide range of HR functions and help drive people-focused programs that align with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and hiring support
• Support compensation and total rewards programs, including market analysis and salary administration
• Serve as a resource for employee benefits, wellness initiatives, and engagement programs
• Manage employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Develop and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
• Oversee HR systems, employee data, reporting, and workforce analytics
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
• Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and workforce needs
• Provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related matters
• Assist with special projects and strategic HR initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Professional HR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and workforce management systems
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
• Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization
