Position - HR Manager

Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company in the area. As the HR Manager you will lead human resources efforts and projects for one manufacturing plant. You will support recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, employee engagement and issues, safety, and related items. This is a leadership role and you will help mentor junior members of the HR team. This is a permanent, direct hire position offering competitive benefits and room for growth.
- Associates degree required in relevant field, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in manufacturing required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse group of employees required
- Must have experience with recruiting, employee relations, and working with new hires
