Description
Our client is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a trusted business partner to the Tech leadership team, driving talent management, people analytics, and strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Develop, implement, and manage talent management and engagement solutions aligned with business objectives
Act as a trusted HR business partner and consultant to Tech leadership, providing strategic guidance on people and organizational matters
Own and manage talent development programs, including assessments, calibration discussions, talent reviews, and succession planning
Lead people analytics initiatives, design dashboards, and translate talent data into actionable business communications and presentations
Manage the Tech HR team's operating rhythm, staff meetings, and day-to-day operational excellence
Support headcount reconciliation, immigration tracking, and key HR deliverables with visibility to talent milestones
Lead assigned HR projects and initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Requirements
6–9 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent management and HR business partnership
Strong background in people analytics, performance management, succession planning, and talent calibration
Experience in financial services or related regulated industries preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, with familiarity with AI tools for HR processes
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Ability to work effectively onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and build trusted relationships across leadership teams
