    Description

    Our client is seeking an HR Manager to serve as a trusted business partner to the Tech leadership team, driving talent management, people analytics, and strategic HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    • Develop, implement, and manage talent management and engagement solutions aligned with business objectives
    • Act as a trusted HR business partner and consultant to Tech leadership, providing strategic guidance on people and organizational matters
    • Own and manage talent development programs, including assessments, calibration discussions, talent reviews, and succession planning
    • Lead people analytics initiatives, design dashboards, and translate talent data into actionable business communications and presentations
    • Manage the Tech HR team's operating rhythm, staff meetings, and day-to-day operational excellence
    • Support headcount reconciliation, immigration tracking, and key HR deliverables with visibility to talent milestones
    • Lead assigned HR projects and initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities

    Requirements

    • 6–9 years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in talent management and HR business partnership
    • Strong background in people analytics, performance management, succession planning, and talent calibration
    • Experience in financial services or related regulated industries preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, with familiarity with AI tools for HR processes
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
    • Ability to work effectively onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and build trusted relationships across leadership teams
