    Job Title: Human Resources Generalist (Industrial Operations)

    Role Overview
    We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support within a dynamic, multi-shift manufacturing environment. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to frontlineleaders, operations teams, and employees to drive performance management and enhance workforce capability. You will be the primary point of contact for employee relations and compliance, ensuring that HR best practices are seamlessly integrated into daily industrial operations. The ideal candidate is a high-energy professional who excels at building relationships on the factory floor and can provide expert coaching to leadership in a fast-paced setting.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Frontline Leadership Partnership: Partner closely with shift supervisors and operations managers to strengthen employee relations and provide real-time coaching on workforce management.
    • Employee Relations & Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of employment law to ensure site compliance and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fair and consistent outcomes.
    • Performance Management: Drive the performance review process and support leadership in developing workforce capability and succession planning.
    • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the operations team to support recruitment efforts and onboarding for a specialized industrial workforce.
    • Change Management: Assist HR leadership in implementing initiatives that enhance culture, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple shifts.
    • Process Excellence: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity and professional communication across all levels of the organization.

    Qualifications & Requirements
    • Professional Experience: * 2+ years of HR Generalist experience specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Proven track record of supporting frontline leadership in a high-demand, shift-based setting.
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field (Preferred).
    • Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
    • Core Competencies:
    • Strong command of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
