HR/Recruiter - Contract Position

Pittsburgh, PA Area

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00 per Hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Pittsburgh area seeking an experienced HR/Recruiter for a contract opportunity. This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing top talent, managing the hiring process, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screenings to identify top talent.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with various HR and talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of recruiting platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
