Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $40-45/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in human resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience OR a combination of the three
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
2 years experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and business leads to understand unique talent needs
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions and sourcing diverse candidate pipelines
Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques
