Family office seeking an HR & TA Coordinator. 3 days onsite in Midtown. Up to $110K base.

Job Description
Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple affiliated organizations and business functions. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand organizational needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Develop strong relationships with external search firms and recruiting partners and oversee search progress. Track recruiting metrics, search timelines, and hiring activity to ensure efficient and effective processes. Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication and thoughtful process management. Partner with HR leadership on employee lifecycle initiatives, onboarding, organizational projects, and process improvements. Assist with workforce planning, talent reporting, and broader HR initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree required. 4+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house, agency, or a combination of both. Experience managing professional-level searches across diverse functional areas. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition best practices. Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and operate with professionalism and discretion. Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills. Experience working within highly professional, detail-oriented environments. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms; experience with BambooHR is highly desirable. Interest in growing into broader HR responsibilities over time.
