HR Technology Solutions Advisor

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Technology Solutions Advisor to provide hands-on ownership of enterprise HR technology solutions, from design and configuration through implementation, enhancement, testing, and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on design, configuration, implementation, testing, and optimization of HR technology solutions.
• Serve as a technical advisor for assigned HR technology platforms and capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Support integrations, enhancements, releases, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders on technology initiatives.
• Support HRIS governance, data integrity, security, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification required; multiple certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite, with expertise in one or more modules such as Talent Suite, Succession, PMGM, Calibration, Recruiting, or Onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, configurations, integrations, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred: Employee Central and/or SmartRecruiters experience.
