Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst analyzes and maintains system functionality and data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and successful operations. This role serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and technology partners while supporting HR initiatives, system integrity, and data quality through analysis, validation, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and maintain system functionality and data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and operational success
Support HR initiatives, special programs, and cross-functional coordination
Serve as a liaison between staff, vendors, and technology partners
Perform data analysis, validations, and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to procedures
Communicate results of audits and analysis to internal stakeholders
Develop training materials and documentation for system use and maintenance
Participate in issue tracking and resolution activities for HR systems
Proactively engage with internal customers to assess needs and recommend system improvements
Maintain HRIS documentation and standard operating procedures
Assist HR Services Representatives in system usage
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data
Perform administrative system-related tasks supporting HRIS operations
Assist in identifying new HR system needs, upgrades, implementations, and testing efforts
Manage I-9 processing, including reviewing documentation, maintaining accuracy, and coordinating with managers
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
1–2 years of overall experience
Minimum 1 year of HR experience
Experience handling I-9 processes and compliance (2+ years preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience with Workday
Experience with reverification processes
Familiarity with TNC (Tentative Non-Confirmation)
Experience with virtual I-9 completion
Experience with Lawson software
