HRIS Analyst

Job Details

• Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + 10% bonus
• Location: Hybrid/Remote; preference for candidates in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, the Eastern Seaboard, or Colorado. Tampa-area employees typically work onsite Thursdays and additional days as needed.
• Employment Type: Permanent/Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large HR data sets and translate information into meaningful insights that support business and HR needs.
• Support the organization during an active transition from one HRIS platform to another, with full implementation targeted for July 2027.
• Assist with HRIS configuration, data integrity, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.
• Work closely with multiple business groups to understand HR technology and data needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Partner with a small HRIS team consisting of a manager and two analysts.
• Participate in occasional business travel, approximately 5%, which may include meetings, seminars, or site visits.

Job Requirements

• Professional experience supporting Rippling or UKG is required; Rippling experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience analyzing and working with large HR data sets.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, ideally across more than one HR technology platform.
• Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and support multiple business groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates whose HRIS background is predominantly Workday-only should also have meaningful hands-on experience with Rippling, UKG, or another relevant HRIS platform.
