HSE Manager utility-scale solar + BESS project in Alamogordo, NM. Owns the site HSE program: HSE and emergency plans, risk assessments and special-risk work plans, training, audits/inspections, non-conformity tracking, incident investigation and root cause analysis, PPE, environmental risk and release cleanup, OSHA compliance. Reports to HSE Regional Manager. M-F 10 hrs/day plus Saturdays as needed; 8 weeks on / 1 week off; per diem $120/day; rotation travel paid; company truck on site. Must meet Pathway 1 (5+ yrs construction HSE + safety degree or CSP/CIH/CHST) or Pathway 2 (7+ yrs). Prior US work experience required; utility-scale solar strongly preferred.
