HSPP Psychologist

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP Psychologist) to become a member of the clinical operations leadership team and serve in a transformative leadership role. Candidates will need to have special strengths in the area of child and adolescent assessment and intervention.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior HSPP, the HSPP Psychologist will supervise and oversee treatment planning and psychodiagnostics staffing meetings within the Cummins Behavioral Health network. In coordination with other members of the Clinical Directors Team, the HSPP Psychologist will be responsible for clinical services within Cummins' behavioral health network, including researching, developing and implementing clinical programs which meet and exceed standards and best practice guidelines; for developing models of care and product lines to meet customer needs and expectations; for marketing services; for performance improvement initiatives; and for assisting operations directors as they develop and implement strategies to meet organizational/business unit fiscal and operational goals.

Essential Functions:

• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement activities, including clinical quality oversight, risk identification, chart review and change management initiatives
• Serve as the rendering provider by overseeing assessment, treatment planning, care plan reviews and discharge processes
• Provide clinical supervision and professional development through training, mentoring and supervision of clinicians and clinical supervisors
• Function as a clinical consultant in interdisciplinary staffing, providing expertise and guidance on complex clinical situations
• Support program development and change initiatives, including policy development, training efforts, organizational projects and best practice initiative
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree Psy.D or PH.Dlicensed in the state of Indiana.
• Endorsed as a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP), by the Indiana State Board of Examiners in Psychology
