Excelraise, LLC is seeking a HCM Training Specialist for our client in 200 Piedmont Ave SE, Suite 1804 West Tower, Atlanta, GA . Human Capital Management Training Specialist Will support Georgia agencies in the implementation of talent solutions and talent acquisition support and performance management state-wide programs.

Skills

• Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management), or other Workday modules within an HR department in an administrative capacity.  pDesired: 1+ year
• HRIS systems training experience, including user support, system guidance, and training coordination.   Desired: 1+ year
• 2+ years of experience delivering training through multiple methods, including virtual sessions, classroom training, one-on-one coaching, and documentation-based learning.  Required: 2+ years
