Location requirement:- Must work on-site in Juno Beach, FL at all times.
Required qualifications:- At least 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, user experience, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Human-Centered Design methods such as design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business units and IT stakeholders.
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Juno Beach, FL.
Responsibilities:- Conduct benchmarking, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research and build personas and journey maps.
- Identify challenges with root cause analysis and propose experience improvements.
- Collaborate on experience blueprinting and value modeling to improve solution impact.
- Synthesize insights, present findings, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Support discovery and research phases and partner report-outs to drive strategic vision.
- Align application strategy with Experience Architecture and cross-functional teams.
