Working with a geographically dispersed workforce, you'll partner with leadership to manage sensitive HR matters while making a meaningful impact on our organization's success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated HR representative for 300+ employees throughout the Rockies and Pacific regions, with particular focus on Williston and broader North Dakota operations
Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and effective complaint resolution
Lead and execute organizational changes requiring sensitive personnel decisions, including strategic planning, communication, and compliance activities
Maintain meticulous employee data integrity in HRIS systems, ensuring accountability and timely updates
Champion culture-building initiatives to enhance retention and employee engagement across all business areas
Ensure strict compliance with state-specific employment requirements, with special attention to California labor laws
Skills Required
