We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to lead our Human Resources department. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the ideal candidate will oversee and enhance all HR functions to ensure our workplace is productive, compliant, and aligned with company goals. This full-time salaried position will require strong expertise in HR systems like Rippling and exceptional fluency in English to support our diverse workforce and foster a positive workplace culture.
What You'll Do
Lead the Human Resources department, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining a robust and up-to-date policy framework.
Utilize Rippling and other HR systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and training to managers and staff on HR best practices and policies.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure an inclusive work environment.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.
Act as a key advisor to executive leadership regarding workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
Extensive knowledge of HR management systems, with specific experience using Rippling.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with fluency in English.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within an organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for workforce management and productivity.
