Job Title: Human Resources Manager/ HR Project Manager - Consultant
Location: Lakewood, CO

Schedule: M-F Day Hours
Compensation: $70-$90/hour

Overview
Global Manufacturing Company is seeking a HR Professional in Lakewood, CO to support significant HR projects with the bulk being in organizational design. This would be a W2, contract role.

Responsibilities
• Accountable for overall management of the Human Resource function, customer group, and associates within the customer group.
• Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring integration across Human Resources, the business, and corporation as appropriate.
• Provide guidance for professional development, succession planning, and coaching on HR matters including those with legal implications.
• Participate in organizational development and support alignment of systems and resources with long-term business goals.
• Manage HR professional staff and influence major business initiatives and decisions with HR implications.

Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience as an HR business partner for US-based sites, handling employee relations, organizational design/reframing organizational structures, and change management preferably in manufacturing.
• Must understand Colorado state law related to HR.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and projects; in-depth Human Resources knowledge across Associate Relations, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Training, and Organizational Development.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
