Human Resources Analyst
Compensation
- $40-50/hr commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities of the HR Analyst
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; follow up on missing documentation and system activity.
- Analyze workforce information and deliver customized reports for finance, grants management, and operational teams.
- Support HR administration, including employee inquiries related to recruitment, benefits, leave, letter generation, onboarding tasks and HR system maintenance.
- Help implement performance-management processes and maintain HR resources and support channels.
Qualifications
- Five years of HR experience, including HR operations or HR administration.
- Experience managing employee data in an HRIS.
- Experience balancing HR administration with data reporting or analysis; intermediate Excel skills.
Location & Schedule
- Upper West Side, Manhattan
- In office Tuesday and Wednesday; Remote Monday, Thursday, Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility needed for global meetings
